FIVRA is a ready-to-eat fiber jelly in an individually packed stick. It pairs konjac jelly with resistant dextrin and comes in White Peach and Yuzu Lemon.
Is it a powder or a drink?
Neither—it's a soft jelly you eat straight from the stick. There's nothing to stir, shake, or mix with water.
